I believe that we all carry a light within — sometimes it shines bright, and sometimes, life dims it a little. I’ve been there. I’ve navigated uncertainty, loss, and transitions, rejections and insecurity and fear that left me questioning everything. But through it all, one thing stayed true: resilience. And it became the heart of my journey.

With over 20 years of experience in Communications, Branding, and Learning & Development, I’ve always worked closely with people — understanding what moves them, what holds them back, and how they grow. But it was my own life experiences — the messy, meaningful kind — that truly shaped the coach I am today.
